1. Processing Time

Order processing time
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons or for pre-order items.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship from trusted U.S. and international production partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)Free on orders $100
  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)Calculated at checkout
  • Signature Shipping (3–7 business days) Calculated at checkout

Rest of the World

  • Standard International (10–30 business days)Calculated at checkout
  • Signature Shipping (10–30 business days) Calculated at checkout

PS: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
  • All U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Canada and select international destinations.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Tracking your shipment
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress in real time.

5. Delays or Issues

If there’s a problem in transit

We’re not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues.
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at info@vsphereshops.com so we can help file a claim and work toward a resolution.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Vsphere Shops is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
