At Vsphere Shops, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied,
we’re here to help.


1. Returns

Return window & item condition
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition/packaging.
  • Due to the nature of our products, personalized, made-to-order, or print-on-demand items (e.g., journals, greeting cards) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., beauty products, intimate wear).

2. Refunds

How refunds are processed
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within
    5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

Exchange availability
  • Exchanges are offered only for defective or incorrect items and are subject to product availability.
  • If an exchange is not possible,  a refund will be issued instead.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or wrong
  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@vsphereshops.com with your order number and photos
    of the issue.

5. Return Shipping

Who pays for return shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

6. How to Start a Return

Simple one-step process

order number, reason for return, and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange.

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
